Our custom home architecture services in Pasadena and the surrounding communities are focused on creating homes that are both timeless in design and highly functional in everyday use.
Architecture for Home Remodels
A successful whole-home remodel begins with a comprehensive architectural approach. Rather than addressing individual rooms in isolation, we rework the home as a complete system—improving layout, flow, natural light, and overall cohesion.
Our architectural design services for home remodels in Pasadena often involve structural modifications, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and refinement of architectural details to create a unified result. The goal is not simply to update a home, but to transform it into a space that feels intentional, balanced, and aligned with how our clients live.
Architectural Design for Home Additions and Expansions
Well-designed additions require careful integration with the existing structure. Our approach to home addition architecture focuses on scale, proportion, and continuity, ensuring that new spaces feel like a natural extension of the original home.
Whether designing second-story additions, expanding living areas, or creating new functional spaces, we take into account both structural requirements and architectural consistency. Our experience designing home additions in Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, and La Cañada Flintridge allows us to navigate the complexities of these projects while maintaining a cohesive design throughout.
Historicaly Sensitive Architecture Projects
Pasadena and the surrounding communities are known for their historic homes, many of which require a thoughtful and informed architectural approach. Our team has extensive experience working with historically significant properties, preserving original character while making appropriate updates for modern living.
Historic home architecture requires a detailed understanding of traditional materials, construction methods, and architectural styles. We work carefully to maintain the integrity of the original design while integrating modern systems and improvements in a way that feels seamless and respectful of the home’s history.
